Native Plant Shipping

Please review the shipping conditions and contact us with any questions:

We cannot ship to California, Hawaii, or Alaska.

All shipments will include a phytosanitary certificate from NC.

All shipments will occur on Monday.
If an order cannot be shipped by the following Monday, you will be notified with an estimated shipping date.

Please open plant packages as soon as they arrive and keep in a sheltered area outside prior to planting. Plant as soon as possible. 

Shipping of live plants is considered to be at your own risk for orders placed December through February and June through August. 

Refunds will not be provided if plants arrive damaged due to extreme temperatures in transit. Please place live plant orders in Spring or Fall when there is little risk of plant overheating or freezing.
