This native stonecrop has fleshy, vibrant green leaves with a geometric rosette formation. As the seasons progress, these leaves may turn shades of purple and bronze, providing color throughout the year. Clusters of star-shaped pink to white flowers  emerge in late summer to fall, attracting pollinators like bees and butterflies. This species is often found in dry, open habitats such as meadows, prairies, and rocky outcrops, where it thrives in well-drained conditions that receive plenty of sunlight. Its adaptability to various environments, including its tolerance for drought and poor soil, make it well-suited for rock gardens, containers, & small gardens.
