This small-flowered Sundrop deserves a place in the sunny border of a pollinator garden. It is tolerant of a wide range of soils, including sandy and rocky substrate. The yellow blooms begin in May and can continue late into fall if happy. The basal rosettes are dense and evergreen, turning lovely shades of red in the cool temperatures. Plant with other short stature plants like Blue-eyed Grass, Butterfly Milkweed, Stokes Aster, or plant at the base of shrubs for a living mulch.
